clearly everyone has problems with this....what has killed my goat is that i have been trying to DL the patch for 15 motha fracking hours now....as you can tell im a bit upset...any kind of info on a good way to fix this problem would be great...send me a link or post it here in the forums for me and everyone els that are still trying to DL this new patch please......
P.S. To CCP: you guys need to work on fixing the problems in game curantly b4 you go makeing new parts to the game....dont get me wrong you have made an awsome game i love it....but you cant make new content when you have problems with the content you curantly have running....just a thought??!

if i understand you right you telling me that the windows DL on that page dont work.....not sound rude...buti know this....i have known this since 8am this mornning...i still cant get a good Dl link to get back in game....14 hours i been working on this so any kind of info would help...
i have deleted the game from my pc twice and i keep getting the same error and i just finely got the game back on my pc 3 hours ago...3 times now i have tryed to DL the patch and still no luck....so if anyone is useing windows XP and is in game or has been in game please let me know how you done it...im at my whits end here

I foolishly suggested that you do a forum search for the filename I referenced. My apologies, I should have known that CCP would never allow so useful a function as "search" to be available on their website.
However, I did do a little screwing around ... this may or may not work, but it's as close as I'm going to get, I think ...

Approximate file size is 1.94 GB
i guess ill find out....15 frickin hours of this BS....if this dont get it ill contact CCP personaly....this is total BS they need to make sure that what they want done can be done b4 opening something like this to the public....its a great game but this keeps up ill just go back to WOW...at least there when a patch comes out you can actualy DL the damn thing...it may take for ever to get it but the links actualy work

ok this actualy worked for me....i tryed to do it with out deleteing the eve file and that didnt go well at all...got the same error...point in fact im on line now!!!
you ahve to delete the eve file if not this dont work at all....i have been at this for 18 hours...and thanx to TriStar3x this actualy worked...use this post to DL the patch....AGIN YOU HAVE TO DELETE THE EVE FILE!! C:/programs/CCP/ open the CCP file and delete the eve file in it and your good to go...thanx TriStar3x!!!

ok ppl clearly your not looking...or reading....so ill post again....if your running windows XP go back to page 5 and scrole to the buttom of the page....look at my post...it dose work...just delete the "EVE" file C:/programs/CCP open the CCP file and delete the "EVE" file and then use the link provided it will get you in game...again thank you Tristar3x!!
